This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component that forms the load-bearing side structure of your racking. With an assembled size of 6000 x 1100 mm, it offers a solid base for building or renewing warehouse racking, with dimensional accuracy and stability being key. The frame consists of two uprights of type M525 and is supplied including base plates, bracing and the necessary mounting material.
Application in the warehouse
Frames are used to create the racking bays on which beams are placed. Thanks to the combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing, the structure is reinforced, which is important for a reliable setup in storage areas with palletized goods and varying loads. The uprights have a profile size of 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep.
Practical for replacement or expansion
This complete frame is suitable for companies that want to expand quickly or replace a damaged frame without having to assemble loose components. Delivery is unassembled, unless otherwise indicated, which makes transport and handling efficient.
