Robust pallet racking frame for a stable and safe storage setup
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building up or replacing an upright section within your warehouse racking. With an assembled size of 8500 x 1100 mm, it forms the basis for a solid racking setup in which beams and levels can be reliably built up. The frame is fitted with M525 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) and is supplied including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the required mounting hardware.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the stability and alignment of the pallet racking and is essential for safe loading and a tight aisle layout. Thanks to the 1100 mm depth, this frame is suitable for common pallet positions where sufficient support and rigidity are important, even under intensive use.
Practical for replacement or expansion
