Complete frame as a solid basis for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame forms the load-bearing side structure of your pallet racking and is intended for professional warehouse fit-out where stability and reliability matter. This is a complete frame of type M525, supplied with uprights, base plates, bracing and accompanying fixing materials, allowing you to achieve a consistent build within your racking bay. With an assembled size of approx. 9000 x 1100 mm, this frame is suitable for applications where height and depth determine storage capacity.
Application in the warehouse
Frames carry the beams and transfer the vertical load to the floor. The M525 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) combined with horizontal and diagonal bracing provide the necessary rigidity for a stable racking line, for example in intensive pallet storage and fixed aisle layouts.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Useful for damage repair, reconfiguration or expansion of existing racking: you replace a single frame instead of complete sections. Delivery is unassembled, unless otherwise stated, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
