Complete pallet racking frame for stable and safe bay assembly
This new Polypal frame is a complete base for your pallet racking and forms the vertical support structure on which beams are placed. With an assembled size of 11250 x 1100 mm, the frame is suitable for warehouse setups where sturdiness and dimensional accuracy are important. The design consists of two uprights of the M525 type with a profile size of 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep, designed for a robust racking construction.
Application in the warehouse
Frames determine the stability of the racking bay and, together with the beams, carry the storage load. This frame is used for new construction or refurbishment of pallet racking and supports a neat, safe assembly with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing for the required rigidity.
