This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building a reliable racking bay. It concerns a frame of type M525 with an assembled dimension of 13500 x 1100 mm, designed to safely support beams and keep the racking construction dimensionally accurate and stable. Thanks to the included uprights, bracing and base plates, this frame forms a practical basis for both new warehouse fit-outs and professional replacement.
Application in the warehouse
Frames determine the height, depth and stability of the racking bay. This frame is 1100 mm deep and built up from two uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) with horizontal and diagonal bracing for the required rigidity. Combined with matching beams, this creates a safe storage solution for pallet locations, where correct anchoring and alignment are essential.
