Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe rack structure
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building a reliable upright section in your warehouse racking. With an assembled size of 15000 x 1100 mm it forms the base on which beams are placed, allowing pallet locations to be arranged tightly and with sufficient load capacity. The frame consists of two uprights of type M525 with a profile of 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep, including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the associated fixing materials.
Application in the warehouse
Frames determine the height, depth and stability of your pallet racking. This complete frame is used for new installations or replacement of a damaged upright frame, where correct alignment and anchoring are essential for safe storage and a tidy aisle layout.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Because the frame is supplied complete, you save time assembling individual components and can efficiently expand or repair within a Polypal M525 setup. Standard delivery is unassembled, keeping transport and on-site handling efficient.
