Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe bay construction
This new Polypal frame is a complete side frame for pallet racking, intended as a load-bearing component of your racking bay. With an assembled size of 3000 x 1100 mm, it forms the basis for a sturdy construction on which beams are placed. The frame is built with two M52R uprights (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep) and is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the associated fixing material.
Application in the warehouse
A properly built frame determines the stability of the entire pallet racking. This complete frame is used in new construction or renovation of warehouse racking, for example when replacing damaged side frames or building additional racking bays. The 1100 mm depth matches common pallet positions and contributes to a robust setup.
Practical for replacement or expansion
As all essential frame components are included, you can work quickly and efficiently during maintenance or expansion. Delivery is unassembled, unless otherwise indicated, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
