Complete frame solution for a stable and safe pallet racking system
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building up or replacing an upright section. With an assembled size of 5250 x 1100 mm, it forms the load-bearing side of your racking and provides the required stability under load. This is the M52R type and is supplied as a complete set with uprights, base plates, bracing and fixing materials.
Application in the warehouse
A frame is essential in every pallet racking system: it determines the height, ensures alignment of the racking row and transfers the beams and storage loads via the uprights to the floor. The 1100 mm depth matches common pallet sizes, while the uprights with a profile size of 110 x 89 mm are suitable for robust warehouse fit-out.
Practical for replacement or extension
Ideal for B2B projects where quick and consistent extension is needed, or where a damaged frame needs to be replaced on a like-for-like basis. Delivery is unassembled (unless stated otherwise), which simplifies transport and handling on site.
