Complete frame as a sturdy base for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright construction for pallet racking and forms the load-bearing base on which beams and levels are built. With an assembled size of 13000 x 1100 mm and M525 uprights, this frame is intended for professional warehouse fit-out where stability and reliability matter. The uprights are of type M525 with a profile of 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep, suited to a robust structure.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is used as the side section of the racking and, together with bracing and base plates, provides the required rigidity of the structure. Thanks to horizontal and diagonal bracing, the racking remains stable under load, while the base plates transfer the forces neatly to the floor. Supplied unassembled, unless otherwise indicated.
Practical for replacement or expansion
A complete frame is ideal when you want to repair or expand an existing Polypal setup without having to assemble loose parts. This frame is supplied including the corresponding fixing materials, allowing you to proceed more quickly with maintenance, damage repair, or reorganisation of your warehouse.
