Complete pallet racking frame for stable, high storage setups
This new Polypal M525 frame forms the load-bearing side of a pallet racking system and is intended for professional warehouse fit-outs where reliability and safety are paramount. With an assembled size of 8250 x 1100 mm, this complete frame provides a solid basis for setting up or repairing racking bays, including uprights, base plates, bracing and matching fixing materials.
Application in the warehouse
A frame absorbs the vertical load and, together with beams, ensures a stable construction. The M525 uprights are 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep; the frame depth is 1100 mm. Horizontal and diagonal bracing provides additional stiffening to the racking, which is important for higher setups and intensive internal transport.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal when you want to quickly deploy a complete pallet racking component for expansion, damage repair or standardisation within your Polypal system. Delivery is unassembled unless otherwise stated, which simplifies transport and handling.
