Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe racking structure
This new Polypal frame is a complete frame component for pallet racking and forms the vertical basis of your racking bay. With an assembled size of 5250 x 1100 mm and uprights of type M525 (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep), this frame is intended for professional warehouse fit-out where load capacity, alignment and reliability are essential. The frame is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the corresponding mounting hardware.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of your racking and, together with beams, ensures a robust construction for pallet storage. The bracing stabilizes the uprights and contributes to a rigid structure, while base plates transfer the load evenly to the floor. Ideal for new construction, reorganization or replacing damaged frames.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Because it is a complete frame, you can quickly respond when expanding an existing Polypal setup or repairing collision damage. Delivery is unassembled, unless stated otherwise, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
