Sturdy frame as a solid basis for a safe pallet racking setup
This new Polypal complete frame forms the load-bearing side structure of your pallet racking and is intended for professional warehouse use where stability and reliability matter. With an assembled size of 4000 x 1100 mm and uprights of type M525 (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep), you build a sturdy base on which beams and levels can be correctly positioned.
Application in the warehouse
Frames provide the height and the support structure of the racking. This complete frame is used when setting up or adjusting pallet racking in storage, distribution and production environments. The combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing contributes to the necessary rigidity of the whole, while the base plates support the connection with the floor.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable when you want to replace a damaged frame or expand an existing setup with a new frame of the same type. Supplied as a complete package including mounting hardware and generally unassembled, so that transport and on-site assembly remain efficient.
