Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe setup
This new Polypal frame is a complete base for a reliable pallet racking configuration. With an assembled size of 3500 x 1100 mm, the frame forms the load-bearing side structure on which beams are placed. The Type M525 is fitted with two uprights 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep, giving you a robust upright construction for warehouse fit-outs where continuity matters.
Application in the warehouse
Frames determine the height, depth and stability of your racking row. This complete frame is supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing and base plates, designed to properly transfer the forces in the racking to the floor. Ideal for new construction, reorganisation, or when you need to replace a frame to maintain the safety and alignment of your pallet racking.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Since this is a complete frame including the associated mounting hardware, you can proceed quickly with assembly and minimise downtime. Delivery is standard unassembled, making transport and on-site handling easy.
