Complete pallet racking component as the basis for a stable racking bay
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for pallet racking, intended as the load-bearing side of your racking bay. With an assembled size of 5500 x 1100 mm, it forms the sturdy base on which beams and levels are built up. The M525 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) ensure a robust construction, while base plates and bracing contribute to stability and correct load transfer.
Application in the warehouse
In a warehouse environment, the quality of the frame determines the safety and lifespan of the racking material. This frame is used for (re)organising storage zones, expanding existing rows, or replacing damaged uprights. The depth of 1100 mm matches common pallet racking for Euro pallets.
