Complete frame as a stable base for a safe pallet racking assembly
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building or repairing a warehouse racking system. With an assembled dimension of 11500 x 1100 mm, it forms the load-bearing side on which beams are placed, giving you a solid and alignable racking structure. The frame is built up from two M53R uprights with a profile of 110 mm wide and 89 mm deep, including base plates, bracing and the necessary mounting material.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the stability and dimensions of your racking row. This frame is used as an end or intermediate frame in pallet racking where a depth of 1100 mm is required, for example in standard pallet storage. The horizontal and diagonal bracing provide rigidity, while the base plates contribute to proper anchoring and load transfer to the floor.
