Robust frame as the basis for a stable pallet racking setup
This new Polypal complete frame is intended as the load-bearing side structure of a pallet racking system and forms the basis for a safe and tidy storage layout. With an assembled size of 13750 x 1100 mm and uprights of type M53R (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep), this frame offers a solid starting point for both new installations and replacements within a Polypal system.
Application in the warehouse
Frames carry the beams and determine the bay layout and depth of the racking. The combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing provides the required rigidity, while base plates ensure correct base loading and anchoring to the floor. This makes the frame suitable for intensive B2B use in warehouses, distribution and production.
Practical for replacement or extension
Supplied as a complete frame including the associated mounting materials, allowing you to efficiently replace or extend without having to gather loose parts. Delivered unassembled as standard, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
