Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe racking setup
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component that serves as the load-bearing structure for your warehouse racking. With an assembled size of 10500 x 1100 mm, it forms the base on which beams are placed, so that pallets and goods can be stored in a controlled and organized manner. The frame is made up of two M53R uprights (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep) and is supplied complete with base plates, bracing and the corresponding mounting hardware.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the depth and stability of a racking row and is essential for a reliable setup in aisles, storage zones and picking locations. The horizontal and diagonal bracing provides rigidity, while the base plates transfer the load evenly to the floor. Delivery is unassembled, unless otherwise stated.
