Complete pallet racking frame for stable bay layout and safe loading
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for pallet racking and forms the load-bearing side wall of a racking bay. With an assembled size of 11000 x 1100 mm and uprights of type M53R (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep), the frame is intended for a robust, professional warehouse setup where stability and dimensional accuracy are important.
Application in the warehouse
A frame is used in new construction or reconfiguration of pallet racking and, together with the beams, determines the height, depth and load-bearing structure of the storage. The combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing provides the required rigidity, while the base plates support proper load transfer to the floor.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Since this is a complete frame including matching fixing materials, it is suitable for efficient replacement of damaged frames or expanding existing racking bays within the same Polypal M53R line. Delivery is unassembled, unless stated otherwise.
