Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe racking structure
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building a robust upright section. It concerns a frame of 13000 x 1100 mm with uprights of type M53R, designed as a solid base on which beams and further racking bays are mounted. Thanks to the combination of uprights, base plates and bracing, a rigid construction is created that is essential for reliable warehouse fit-out.
Application in the warehouse
In a pallet racking system, the frame determines the height and depth of the bay and carries the load via the uprights to the floor. With a frame depth of 1100 mm and uprights of 110 mm wide and 89 mm deep, this frame is suitable for a sturdy structure in storage and distribution environments where stability and alignment matter.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Supplied as a complete frame including fixing materials, horizontal and diagonal bracing and 2 base plates, this is an efficient choice for replacing damaged uprights or expanding existing racking with Polypal M53R components.
