Complete pallet racking frame for stable, high storage solutions
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component for building a solid upright section in your warehouse racking. With an assembled size of 9500 x 1100 mm, it forms the basis for a safe, straight structure, in which the M53R uprights and bracing together provide the required rigidity and load-bearing capacity in the racking structure.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is used as a vertical support in a pallet racking system, onto which beams are connected to create storage levels. The 1100 mm depth is suitable for common pallet placement, while the uprights, 110 mm wide and 89 mm deep, contribute to a robust whole. Base plates ensure correct floor positioning and distribution of forces.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for B2B projects where you want to quickly replace a complete frame or expand an existing racking line with a new component. Supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing and corresponding mounting hardware; supplied unassembled as standard unless otherwise indicated, which simplifies transport and handling.
