Complete frame as a solid base for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for setting up or replacing pallet racking. With an assembled size of 7000 x 1100 mm, it forms a stable side structure onto which beams are connected. The frame is built from two M520 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) and is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the corresponding mounting hardware.
Use in the warehouse
An upright frame determines the height and depth of your racking bay and transfers the load via the base plates to the floor. This version with a depth of 1100 mm is suitable for common pallet storage and, thanks to the bracing, helps keep the structure tight and square, which is important for safety and a neat installation.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for companies wanting to quickly expand or replace a damaged frame with a new, complete frame of the same type. Delivery is standard unassembled, which simplifies transport and on-site handling, unless stated otherwise.
