Robust pallet racking component for a stable and safe base
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for pallet racking, intended as the load-bearing side of a racking row. With an assembled size of 5000 x 1100 mm, it provides a solid base for beams and levels, keeping your storage setup neatly aligned and load-bearing. The frame is built from two M520 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) and is supplied complete with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the associated mounting hardware.
Application in the warehouse
An upright frame determines the height and depth of your pallet racking and transfers the forces to the floor via the base plates. This makes the component essential for new construction, renovation, or repairing a damaged bay, where stability and verticality directly affect safety and daily handling.
Practical for replacement or expansion
