Complete pallet racking frame for stable and safe warehouse construction
This new Polypal frame (type M520) forms the load-bearing base of a pallet racking system and is intended for building, replacing or extending a racking bay. With an assembled size of 5250 x 1100 mm, it offers a solid construction for intensive use in logistics and storage.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is installed as a vertical support structure onto which beams are connected. Thanks to the combination of uprights, horizontal and diagonal bracing, a rigid structure is created that contributes to the stability and reliability of the racking level, even under varying pallet loads.
Practical for replacement or extension
Supplied as a complete frame with two M520 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep), base plates and accompanying mounting hardware. Ideal for quickly replacing damaged parts or for a consistent extension within a Polypal setup. Delivery is unassembled as standard, unless otherwise stated.
