Complete pallet racking frame for a stable, high storage setup
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright section for pallet racking, intended as a load-bearing side wall on which the beams are placed. With an assembled size of 4500 x 1100 mm, it forms the basis for safe and organised pallet storage. The design consists of two M520 uprights with a profile size of 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep, giving you a solid frame for professional warehouse use.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of your racking bay and, together with bracing and base plates, provides the necessary stability on the floor. This complete frame is supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing and the accompanying mounting hardware, so you have a reliable build within a Polypal M520 setup.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for companies wishing to replace, expand or standardise an existing racking system with new pallet racking components. Delivery is unassembled (unless otherwise stated), which makes transport and on-site handling efficient.
