Robust pallet racking component for a stable and safe rack build-up
This new Polypal frame from the M520 series is a complete upright frame for pallet racking and forms the load-bearing side of your racking bay. With an assembled size of 9500 x 1100 mm, it is intended for warehouses where reliability and dimensional accuracy are important when storing on pallets. The frame is built up from M520 uprights with a profile of 110 mm wide and 83 mm deep, including base plates, bracing and matching fixing materials.
Application in the warehouse
A complete frame determines the stability of the racking row and transfers the load via the uprights to the floor. The combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing provides rigidity within the bay, while the base plates ensure a solid foundation. This makes the frame suitable both for new pallet racking installations and for repairs in case of damage.
