Robust frame as a solid base for safe pallet racking
This new, complete Polypal frame forms the load-bearing side of your pallet racking and is intended as a reliable base for storage at height. This is an M520 version with an assembled size of 10250 x 1100 mm, allowing you to create a stable structure for warehouse racking where load capacity and alignment are essential.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is used as an upright section into which beams are hung and with which rows of pallet racking are built up. The combination of two M520 uprights (110 mm wide x 83 mm deep), base plates and horizontal and diagonal bracing ensures a rigid construction that helps distribute forces in the racking in a controlled manner.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable for B2B projects where you want to quickly expand an existing Polypal setup or replace a frame with a complete set including fixing materials. Delivery is unassembled, unless otherwise indicated, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
