Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and safe racking build-up
This new Polypal frame is a complete frame component for pallet racking, intended as the load-bearing side of a racking bay. It concerns type M520 with an assembled size of approx. 9750 x 1100 mm, made up of two uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep), base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the associated mounting hardware. This provides a solid basis for reliable warehouse fitting.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of your pallet racking and, together with beams, ensures the stability of the system. This frame is suitable for new construction or replacement of a damaged section of racking, where correct alignment and anchoring are essential for safety and load capacity in daily logistics processes.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Due to the complete assembly, you can efficiently expand or repair without having to combine loose parts. Delivery is unassembled (unless stated otherwise), which simplifies transport and handling on site for assembly by your technical department or racking installer.
