Complete pallet racking frame for a stable and secure warehouse setup
This new Polypal frame is a complete frame component for pallet racking, designed as a load-bearing side on which beams are mounted. It is type S525 with an assembled dimension of 15000 x 1100 mm and uprights with a profile of 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, providing a solid basis for your racking structure.
Application in the warehouse
Frames form the core of every pallet racking system: they carry the load, keep the racking upright and ensure reliable force distribution via bracing and base plates to the floor. This complete frame is supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing and the corresponding fastening material, allowing you to quickly build a sturdy frame within your existing warehouse layout.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Convenient for B2B projects such as replacement of damaged frames or expansion of a racking row with equivalent components. Delivery is unassembled (unless otherwise stated), which simplifies transport and handling on site.
