Complete frame as a stable base for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component that combines uprights and bracing into a solid side frame for your racking setup. With an assembled dimension of 10000 x 1100 mm, it forms the load-bearing base on which beams are placed, keeping pallet positions stable and aligned. The frame is constructed from 2 S525 uprights (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep) and is supplied including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and matching fastening material.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of the pallet racking and is essential for stability and load transfer to the floor. This complete frame is used in new construction or renovation of warehouse racking, for example when existing frames are damaged or when a section needs to be rebuilt.
Practical for replacement or extension
