Complete frame as a solid foundation for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for the assembly of a pallet racking system, designed as a stable side wall on which beams and bays rest. With an assembled size of 9250 x 1100 mm and uprights of type S525, this frame provides a reliable foundation for warehouse racking where load capacity, alignment and safety matter. The uprights are 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, matching the S525 series.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is used in new construction or renovation of pallet racking systems, for example when creating additional racking rows or restoring a damaged section. The 1100 mm depth is consistent with standard pallet storage configurations and helps position loads neatly and stably.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Delivered as a complete frame including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and associated fastening material. Delivered unassembled as standard, keeping transport and on-site handling efficient.
