This new Polypal complete frame (type S525) forms the load-bearing side of your pallet racking and is designed for professional warehouse installations where stability and clean assembly matter. With an assembled dimension of 14000 x 1100 mm, this frame provides a solid foundation for building racking bays with beams and accessories within the same system.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of the racking and transfers the load via uprights, bracing and base plates to the floor. This frame consists of two S525 uprights (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep), including horizontal and diagonal bracing, two base plates and the associated fastening material for complete assembly.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for expanding an existing Polypal S525 setup or as a replacement for a damaged frame. Delivery is standard unassembled, allowing efficient transport and handling on site.
