This new Polypal frame is a complete upright construction for pallet racking, designed as the load-bearing side of a racking bay. With an assembled dimension of 14250 x 1100 mm, it provides a solid foundation for building or replacing a racking section, where the rigidity and alignment of the racking are directly determined by the quality of the frame.
Application in the warehouse
The frame consists of two S525 uprights (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep), base plates and both horizontal and diagonal bracing with associated fastening material. This combination provides stability in height and depth, essential during daily pallet transport, forklift movements and varying loads in the warehouse.
