This new Polypal frame is a complete pallet racking component that serves as the load-bearing foundation for your racking row. With an assembled dimension of 14500 x 1100 mm, you build a robust bay configuration on which beams and levels can be reliably mounted. The frame is constructed from two type S520 uprights (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep) and is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the corresponding fastening material.
Application in the warehouse
In a warehouse environment, a frame determines the stability, dimensions and load capacity of the complete pallet racking system. The combination of uprights, bracing and base plates provides a solid structure that absorbs lateral forces and keeps the racking neatly aligned.
