Robust frame as stable foundation for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for pallet racking, designed as the load-bearing side of a racking bay. With an assembled dimension of approximately 12500 x 1100 mm, it provides a solid foundation on which beams and levels can be reliably constructed. The frame is made with uprights from the S520 series and is supplied as a complete set including bracing, base plates and fastening hardware.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the stability and alignment of the racking and is essential for new construction, damage repair or reorganisation of a warehouse. The 1100 mm depth is practical for common pallet sizes and helps ensure a neat, safe setup with sufficient load area and rigidity.
