Frame as a stable foundation for safe and scalable pallet racking
This new, complete Polypal frame (type S520) forms the load-bearing side structure of your pallet racking and is designed for professional warehouse use. With an assembled size of 10500 x 1100 mm, it provides a solid foundation for building rows of racking sections, with stability and system alignment as key priorities. The frame is constructed from two uprights with a profile size of 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, including base plates and bracing.
Application in the warehouse
You use this frame as an end or intermediate frame to support beams and couple the racking section into a safe storage setup. The horizontal and diagonal bracing provides the required rigidity, while the base plates transfer forces in a controlled manner to the floor.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable when you want to expand an existing Polypal S520 installation or replace a damaged frame on a one-to-one basis. Fastening materials are included; delivery is standard unassembled, so transport and handling on-site remain efficient.
