Complete pallet racking frame for stable construction and safe loading
This new Polypal frame is a complete frame for pallet racking, intended as the load-bearing side of your racking row. With an assembled dimension of 10750 x 1100 mm, it forms the basis for a stable structure on which beams and levels are built. The uprights are executed in type S520 with a profile of 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, suitable for professional warehouse use.
Application in the warehouse
A frame is used to determine the height and depth of the pallet racking and to absorb forces from loading and handling. This complete frame is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the associated fastening material, so you can immediately build up a solid upright section within your racking configuration.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal when you want to replace an existing Polypal installation after damage or expand your racking capacity with an equivalent frame configuration. Delivery is unassembled, which makes transport and on-site handling efficient.
