This new Polypal frame (type S520) forms the vertical basis of your pallet racking and is designed to support bays securely and transfer forces effectively to the floor. With an assembled dimension of 9250 x 1100 mm and uprights 85 mm wide (63 mm deep), this frame is suitable for professional warehouse storage solutions where reliability and dimensional accuracy are essential.
Application in the warehouse
A frame is used as an upright section on which beams are placed and determines the depth of the racking bay. This complete frame is supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing for stability, including base plates and associated fastening hardware, so you can build a solid foundation within your pallet storage.
Practical for replacement or extension
Ideal when you want to extend an existing Polypal S520 system or replace a damaged frame without combining loose components. Delivery is unassembled, which simplifies transport and on-site handling and makes assembly flexible in your planning.
