Robust pallet racking frame for a stable and safe rack build-up
This new, complete Polypal frame (type M52R) forms the load-bearing side of your pallet racking and is intended for a reliable build-up of warehouse racking. With an assembled size of 11000 x 1100 mm and uprights of 110 mm wide and 89 mm deep, this frame provides the basis for stable storage, with the included base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing ensuring the required rigidity and load distribution.
Application in the warehouse
Frames are used as upright sets at the end and intermediate bays of pallet racking. They carry the beams and determine the depth of the racking bay; this frame is designed with a depth of 1100 mm, suitable for layouts where pallet depth and working space need to be well balanced.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for B2B projects where you are replacing a bay or expanding an existing racking line with a complete, new frame including fixing materials. Delivery is unassembled, keeping transport and handling on site efficient.
