Complete frame as a stable base for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete base component for building up or replacing an upright frame in a pallet racking system. With an assembled dimension of 13250 x 1100 mm, the frame forms the supporting structure onto which beams and levels are reliably connected. The version with M52R uprights (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep) is intended for professional warehouse fitting where stability and reproducible assembly are important.
Application in the warehouse
An upright frame determines the height, depth and sturdiness of a racking bay. This complete frame is used for new installations, reconfiguration or damage repair, and is supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing for the required stiffening. The included base plates ensure correct load transfer to the floor.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Because this frame is supplied including mounting materials, it can be efficiently used for service and maintenance projects. Delivery is unassembled, unless otherwise stated, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
