Robust frame as the basis for a stable pallet racking layout
This new Polypal complete frame is designed as a load-bearing side structure for pallet racking and forms the backbone of a safe and well-organised storage setup. The frame is built up from two M52R uprights and is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the associated fixing materials. With an assembled size of 13,500 x 1,100 mm, this frame is suitable for tall installations where stability and straight alignment are essential.
Application in the warehouse
A frame connects the floor and beam sections into one solid racking bay. The 1,100 mm depth provides space for common pallet sizes, while the M52R upright profile (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep) contributes to the rigidity of the construction. Base plates ensure correct force transfer to the floor and support secure anchoring.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Useful for new installations, expansion, or replacing damaged frames within a Polypal system. The frame is supplied unassembled, which simplifies transport and on-site handling and allows assembly in the desired configuration.
