This new Polypal frame forms the load-bearing side section of a pallet racking system and is intended for professional warehouse fitting and logistics storage. With an assembled size of 8750 x 1100 mm, this complete frame offers a robust base for building or renewing racking bays, with stability and dimensional accuracy in daily use being paramount.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is installed as an upright section onto which beams are mounted, allowing pallets to be stored safely and clearly. The depth of 1100 mm matches common pallet sizes and helps to neatly align the racking within the warehouse. The M52R uprights (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep) are reinforced with horizontal and diagonal bracing for a rigid construction.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Since it is a complete frame including base plates and mounting hardware, it is an efficient choice for expanding, repairing damage to, or renovating existing Polypal installations. It is delivered unassembled, which simplifies transport and on-site handling.
