This new SSI Schäfer beam of the type INP80 is used in pallet racking as a support between two uprights, thereby determining the bay width and the layout of your storage. The length of 2200 mm and the 80 mm profile make this beam suitable for standard warehouse applications. Includes 2 locking pins for secure installation.

Application in the warehouse

In daily logistics, the right beam determines the stability and load capacity of each storage level. This beam is used when building or repairing racking bays, for example in damage repair, reconfiguration, or adding extra levels within an existing SSI Schäfer pallet racking system.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 2200 mm, this pair of beams provides space for two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, resulting in an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. As an alternative, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
