This new SSI Schäfer beam (INP80) is intended to quickly make a pallet racking level stable and usable again, for example when replacing or expanding an existing racking bay. With a length of 2900 mm and a profile size of 80 mm, it forms a sturdy base for carrying and positioning pallets within your racking configuration. The 2 included locking pins ensure correct locking into the frame.

Application in the warehouse

Within a pallet racking system, this beam provides a stable and level storage level. It is typically used when repairing a damaged bay, expanding an existing SSI Schäfer racking row, or adjusting the bay layout to a new stock requirement.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 2900 mm, three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) fit side by side on this beam pair. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 866.7 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 2 euro pallets and 1 block pallet (three pallets total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
