Robust frame as pallet racking component for high, stable storage
This new Polypal frame is a complete basic component for building or restoring a pallet racking system. With an assembled dimension of 9500 x 1100 mm, it forms the load-bearing side structure on which beams are placed, allowing pallets to be stored safely and clearly. The frame is designed with S52R uprights 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, engineered for reliable stability in demanding warehouse environments.
Application in the warehouse
In a racking setup, the frame determines the height, depth and alignment of aisles and storage sections. The combination of base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing provides a solid construction and contributes to stable load transfer to the floor. Ideal for logistics, production and distribution where consistent racking safety is essential.
