Robust pallet racking frame for safe assembly of high warehouse racking systems
This new, complete Polypal frame is an essential pallet racking component for assembling or restoring a stable racking structure. With assembled dimensions of 11000 x 1100 mm, it forms the load-bearing side of the pallet racking and provides a reliable base for intensive daily use.
Warehouse application
The frame is constructed from two S52R uprights (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep) with base plates and a set of horizontal and diagonal bracing. This combination provides the racking with the required rigidity and helps to limit sagging and misalignment, which is important for safety and accurate storage in aisles and pick zones.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Supplied as a complete frame including associated fastening materials, allowing you to quickly replace or expand without having to search for individual parts. Standard unassembled delivery (unless otherwise specified), convenient for transport and on-site assembly.
