Complete frame as a solid basis for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete frame component for pallet racking and forms the load-bearing side structure on which beams are placed. With an assembled dimension of 10250 x 1100 mm, this frame provides a stable foundation for warehouse racking where reliability and dimensional accuracy are essential. The frame is constructed from two S52R uprights (85 mm wide x 63 mm deep), including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the associated fastening materials.
Application in the warehouse
Frames determine the height and depth of the racking and, together with the bracing, provide the required rigidity for daily loading by pallets, forklifts and order picking. This frame is used for new installations or replacement when an existing structure is damaged or no longer meets the desired configuration.
Practical for replacement or expansion
