This new Nedcon beam is designed for building or repairing a reliable pallet racking configuration. With type 2C (CC0904015A) and a length of 1825 mm, it forms a sturdy connection between the frames, allowing pallets to be stored in a controlled and safe manner. The beam height of 90 mm and thickness of 40 mm offer a practical balance between load capacity and efficient use of space, while the material thickness of 1.5 mm contributes to a solid construction.

In daily warehouse environments, beams are subjected to intensive loads and regularly adjusted due to reorganisation of storage locations. This Nedcon beam is used to create bays with the correct width and to replace damaged or missing components in pallet racking. With a beam length of 1825 mm, this pair of beams provides space for two euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side, without the pallets overhanging the beam. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 800 mm. This size is therefore often chosen for bays set up exclusively for euro pallets.
