This used Esmena beam (GN8541) is intended to quickly make a pallet racking level stable and usable again, for example when replacing or extending an existing racking bay. With a length of 3400 mm and a profile size of 85 x 41 mm, it forms a sturdy base for carrying and positioning pallets within your racking configuration. The 2 included locking pins ensure correct locking into the frame.

A beam connects two uprights and determines the bay width and the layout of your storage. This version is suitable for restoring a level, returning to a neat bay size and ensuring safe handling with a forklift or reach truck.

With a beam length of 3400 mm, this pair of beams offers space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which equates to an average maximum pallet width of 1033.3 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
