Mesh Deck pallet racking component for safe and stable storage

This mesh deck shelf is designed as a sturdy load level on beam pairs in a pallet racking system 1100 mm deep. With an evenly distributed load capacity of up to 600 kg and a mesh size of 60 x 100 mm, it supports pallets and goods without the need for a solid shelf. Reinforcement profiles rest directly on the beams and are suitable for beam thicknesses of approximately 40–50 mm.

Application in the warehouse

The mesh deck is often used as fall protection when a pallet rests (partially) on the beams. The turned-up edge of 35 mm on the front and rear grips over the beams and helps prevent shifting; take into account any beam labels. For a beam level of 2700 mm, two mesh decks are usually sufficient.
