This mesh deck is designed for use on beam pairs in a pallet racking system with 1100 mm depth and provides a stable surface for quick and neat setup of storage levels. With an evenly distributed load capacity of up to 1000 kg and a mesh size of 60 x 100 mm, the deck combines solid support with visibility and ventilation. Reinforcement profiles rest directly on the beams for secure placement.

Warehouse application

The deck is commonly used as drop-through protection and additional load surface when pallets rest (partially) on the beams. The turned edge of 35 mm on front and rear overhangs the beams and helps prevent shifting; note any beam labels when installing. Suitable for beam thicknesses of approximately 40–50 mm.

Practical for replacement or expansion

Ideal for maintenance, replacement or expansion of existing rack sections: per level you work with decks 880 mm wide, aligned with standard beam lengths (e.g. 3 units for 2700 mm or 4 units for 3600 mm). An efficient choice for companies looking to quickly establish safe storage positions.
